Definition of our Surety Guarantee:
- If our service, client experience and expert advice has not met your expectations please let us know
- Our guarantee period is 60 days from the day of the inspection.
How it works:
- This guarantee is only available for Building & Property Inspection services
- Only the customer named on the report can place the refund request
- One claim per property address
- Complete our request for Refund Form along with feedback on ways we could have improved your client experience
- Provide a copy of your tax invoice or receipt
- You will receive a call from our office to confirm your details and your concerns.
How we apply the refund:
- Once we have received your refund request and assessed your request you will be notified via phone or email within 24 business hours
- You will be asked to sign our Settlements Claims Letter.
- Your refund will be applied to your bank account as supplied on the refund form within 7 business days
- Once the refund has been transferred to your account you will receive an email from our accounts department confirming the payment.
