Building Only Inspection Report

If you are confident that there’s no risk of termite activity to the property and that any structural work or renovations have the required council approvals, then the Building Only report might be sufficient.

With the Building Inspection & Report we;

• arrange access with the real estate agent (but never disclose what we find to them, unless approved to do so)
• spend 1-1.5 hours assessing and documenting the property’s condition (including photos),
• phone you that same day after the inspection to talk through what we’ve found and
• send you a fully comprehensive, easy to follow report the next business day.

Choose the level of assurance you want

You get to choose how detailed you want the report to be from three options.

1. Fundamentals includes everything you need to know about the building & maintenance, and
2. Peace of Mind extends this to also include an assessment of all electrical & gas appliances and power points
